New – Earlier today we experienced a brief service interruption. We implemented an emergency maintenance procedure to return the service to Operational status.
Upload – In Progress – Uploads are overall operational, however, some customers may see sporadic errors during upload. Please contact Customer Care to report these errors.
Transcoding – Update – We have resolved the issue effecting entries that may appear in “converting” status for longer than expected. For urgent concerns, please contact Customer Care.
WebEx – Resolved – We identified and have resolved the issue related to an issue with the conversion of ARF files from WebEx. Other file types from WebEx are processing normally.
Zoom Integration – Resolved – A solution was implemented and the majority of entries that were uploaded before September 21st have been re-processed and are now available to use. If you are still having issues related to Zoom entries please reach out to Customer Care.
Captioning Sync – Monitoring – The Captions queue is processing normally. We are continuing to address previous Caption audio/video sync issues for specific customers.
