Upload – In Progress – We received a few reports yesterday from customers and are verifying whether these are expected or require further investigation. However, overall performance is improved. We continue to monitor.

Playback – No Update – Overall performance has returned to normal. We continue to monitor.

Zoom Integration – Resolved – A solution was implemented and the majority of entries that were uploaded before September 21st have been re-processed and are now available to use. If you are still having issues related to Zoom entries please reach out to Customer Care.

Captioning Sync – In Progress – The Captions queue is processing normally, however there was a temporary delay on Thursday, September 24th that is cleared. We are continuing to address Caption audio/video sync issues and working internally and with our partners to implement a solution.

Next update is slated for Monday, September 28th at 10:00AM EST / 2:00PM UTC / 4:00PM CET / 10:00PM SGT.
