New – Maintenance – Maintenance work is scheduled for Friday, September 11th at 1AM ET/7AM CET/10AM SGT. Traffic will be shifted during the hour, however, no impact to customers is expected.


Update – Upload – You may experience delays with uploads as well as issues with upload functionality, such as progress bar stuck, error messages and incomplete uploads. Our team has identified the root cause and is working to resolve. To get assistance with a specific entry upload, please reach out to Customer Care with the Entry ID.

Update – Transcoding – Users may experience longer than expected processing time to encode entries that have been successfully uploaded. The root cause has been identified and our engineering team is working on the solution as a top priority.



Update – Webcast Slide Upload – You may experience delays in uploading PPT slides for your webcast event. The root cause have been identified and a fix will be implemented. If you have a scheduled Webcast event that uses PPT slides, please reach to Customer Care for a workaround solution.

Next update is slated for Friday September 11th at 6AM EDT/12:00 CET/6PM SGT.
