Update
Upload – Update - We continue to make progress and are making optimizations over the weekend. Some customers may still experience issues with upload functionality, such as progress bar stuck, error messages and incomplete uploads. Our team has identified the root cause and is working to resolve. To get assistance with a specific entry upload, please reach out to Customer Care with the Entry ID.

Transcoding – Update - We continue to make progress after having identified the root cause and are making optimizations over the weekend. Users may experience longer than expected processing time to transcode entries that have been successfully uploaded.

Webcast Slide Upload – In Progress – A solution has been identified and is currently being tested. In the interim, you may experience delays in uploading PPT slides for your webcast event. If you have a scheduled Webcast event that uses PPT slides, please reach to Customer Care for a workaround solution.

Next update is slated for Sunday, September 13th at 3PM ET / 21:00 CET / Monday, September 14th 3AM SGT.

Playback – Update - On Friday, September 11th we identified and addressed an issue that affected playback.

Upload – In Progress - We continue to make progress, however, some customers may still experience delays with uploads as well as issues with upload functionality, such as progress bar stuck, error messages and incomplete uploads. Our team has identified the root cause and is working to resolve. To get assistance with a specific entry upload, please reach out to Customer Care with the Entry ID.

Transcoding – In Progress - We continue to make progress, however, users may experience longer than expected processing time to encode entries that have been successfully uploaded. The root cause has been identified and our engineering team is working on the solution as a top priority.

Webcast Slide Upload – In Progress – You may experience delays in uploading PPT slides for your webcast event. The root cause have been identified and a fix will be implemented. If you have a scheduled Webcast event that uses PPT slides, please reach to Customer Care for a workaround solution.

Next update is slated for Saturday September 12th at 3PM ET / 21:00 CET / Sunday, September 13th 3AM SGT.
