Update – Upload – in the past days you may have experienced problems with upload functionality, such as progress bar stuck, error messages and incomplete uploads. Our team are working to identify the root cause. To get assistance with a specific entry upload, please reach out to Customer Care with the Entry ID.

Update – Transcoding – Users may experience longer than expected processing time to encode entries that have been successfully uploaded. The root cause has been identified and our engineering team is working on the solution as a top priority.

Our next update is slated for Thursday, September 10th at 5AM ET/11:00 CET/5PM Singapore.

Update – Upload – in the past 24 hours some users may have experienced problems with upload functionality, such as progress bar stuck, error messages and incomplete uploads. We have identified the root cause, one optimization was made overnight, and our engineering team will continue to investigate routes to full resolution.

Update – Transcoding – Users may experience longer than expected processing time to encode entries that have been successfully uploaded. The root cause has been identified and our engineering team is working on the solution as a top priority.

What to expect next – the status page will be updated again on Wednesday, September 9th at 5PM ET, 23:00 CET / September 10th 5AM SGT

Webcast File Upload – Update – a fix has been applied. Should you encounter any issues, please contact Customer Care.

Playback – Resolved. If you have entries that continue to exhibit issues such as buffering, spinning wheel or dark screen, please contact with our Customer Care team.

# What was the impact: KMS Upload, where some users might received an error message: "Oops! Upload failed" upon an attempt to upload a file. In fact at times, retry to upload, could work for them.

# Current Status: Our Engineering team identified the issue and fixed it as of 9:45AM UTC . The issue was a result of Proxy server errors that intermittently caused upload failure.

# What to expect next: This incident is resolved and will be closed now.
