KMS/KMC – New – Earlier today, September 23rd, between ~1:15 - 2:28pm UTC we addressed an issue that caused API errors, affecting KMS and KMC. The issue has been resolved.

Upload – Update – Overall performance should be back to normal. We continue to monitor.

Playback – Update – Overall performance should be back to normal. We continue to monitor.

Zoom Integration – Resolved – A solution was implemented and the majority of entries that were uploaded before September 21st have been re-processed and are now available to use. We are in a process of providing customer updates with data on the entries processed, specific to your account. If you are still having issues related to Zoom entries please reach out to Customer Care.

Captioning Sync – In Progress – The Captions queue is processing normally. We are continuing to address Caption audio/video sync issues and working internally and with our partners to implement a solution.


Next update is slated for Thursday, September 24th at 10:00AM EST / 2:00PM UTC / 4:00PM CET / 10:00PM SGT.
