On Sunday, June 21, between 2 am - 4 am UTC (Saturday 10 pm - 11:59 pm EDT), the vendor for our Customer Care Portal will be conducting scheduled maintenance. During this time, our Kaltura customers will be unable to create new support cases and our team will be unable to respond to existing cases.
For Severity 1 issues that require immediate response, please call for telephone support. Otherwise, please submit any new inquiries via the Portal after 4 am UTC on Sunday.
