Upload – Update – We implemented another fix this morning and overall performance should be improved. We continue to monitor.

Playback – Update – On recently uploaded entries we’re seeing improved performance after multiple fixes. We continue to monitor overall performance.

Zoom Integration – In Progress – Customers using the legacy Zoom Integration and uploading via API may have experienced errors when trying to upload. A solution was implemented and the majority of entries that were uploaded before September 21st have been re-processed and are now available to use. We will be providing customer updates with data on the entries processed, specific to your account.

Captioning Sync – In Progress – The Captions queue is processing normally. We are continuing to address Caption audio/video sync issues and working internally and with our partners to implement a solution.


Next update is slated for Wednesday, September 23st at 10:00AM EST / 2:00PM UTC / 4:00PM CET / 10:00PM SGT.
