Upload – In Progress – The team continue to implement improvements and we are carefully assessing the results, and we continue to monitor and adjust accordingly. Transcoding – In Progress – Transcoding continues to improve compering to previous days and the queue is reduced significantly. Processing time has been improved in the last 48 hours. However, you may expect some delays during peak hours later today. The team is implementing further optimizations.

Webcast Slide Upload – Monitored – A solution was developed and is currently being monitored with several customers. In the interim, you may experience delays in uploading PPT slides for your webcast event. If you have a scheduled Webcast event that uses PPT slides, please reach to Customer Care for a workaround solution.

Next update is slated for Tuesday September 15th at 5 PM EST / 23:00 CET / Wednesday September 16th at 5 AM SGT

If you have a scheduled Webcast event that uses PPT slides, please reach to Customer Care for a workaround solution.
