Scheduled deployment will occur on Sunday, November 22nd for Kaltura's SaaS environment. Deployment will take place between 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM UTC.
Post-production tests will take place between 8:00 AM- 2:00 PM UTC.
No service impact is expected.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Analytics, Kaltura API, Import, Transcoding, Live, Playback, Kaltura MediaSpace, Documentation and Customer Care Platforms, Kaltura REACH (captioning service) (Quality of caption services, Processing Speed), and Upload (Upload Speed, Upload Process).
