Upload – No Update – We continue and implement more fixes to improve upload performance. We continue to monitor.
Playback – Update – Users may experience buffering or slow playback on some entries, most notably on entries that were uploaded close to the time of the attempted playback. We have implemented a solution and we continue to monitor.
Zoom Integration – In Progress – Customers using the legacy Zoom Integration and uploading via API may experience errors when trying to upload. A solution was implemented and a significant portion of entries that were uploaded before September 13th have been re-processed and are now available to use. We are working to process the remaining entries.
Captioning Sync – No Update – We are continuing to address Caption audio/video sync issues and working internally and with our partners to implement a solution. An ETA will be provided next week.
