Current Status of Open Issues:

Captioning performance – Update – Resolved, and the queue is cleared.
We will continue to monitor the queue closely in the next coming hours.

Webcast File Upload – No change since last status update - fix has been completed and is still in QA. An ETA will be provided based on QA results. In the interim, if you need to run a Webcast and require slides during the weekend, please contact Customer Care for alternate options

Doc Conversion – No change since last status update - fix has been completed and in final stage of QA. ETA for deployment is Tuesday, September, 8th, morning time UTC

Playback – No change since last status update – the root cause has been identified and addressed. For entries with symptoms to include buffering, spinning wheel or dark screen, please work with our Customer Care team.

Update - Current Status of Open Issues:

Transcoding and Upload Delays – Update – The transcoding backlog has been eliminated and you should expect normal processing time. We are closely monitoring the queue.

Playback - Update – The root cause has been identified and addressed. For entries with symptoms to include buffering, spinning wheel or dark screen, please work with our Customer Care team.

Doc Conversion – Update - fix has been completed and in final stage of QA. ETA for deployment is Tuesday, September, 8th, morning time UTC

Captioning performance – Update - currently, all pending jobs, that were in the queue, were processed. While we mitigated the backlog issue we are still working with the vendor to find the root cause for the delays to ensure to queue won’t grow again.

Webcast File Upload – no change since last status update - fix has been completed and is still in QA. An ETA will be provided based on QA results. In the interim, if you need to run a Webcast and require slides during the weekend, please contact Customer Care for alternate options

Upload Errors & VOD Playback Errors and Thumbnail Images - No change since last status update - due to ongoing optimizations on the platform, occasional errors may occur. We are planning to address these items with resolution by end of the weekend.

Update - Current Status of Open Issues:

Transcoding and Upload Delays – Update – work continues to reduce the backlog and we have seen that the overall queue has been reduced by 50% since our last status update. We expect the queue to clear over the weekend. We are closely monitoring this situation.

Playback - No change since last status update – we identified an issue that affected Playback on entries that were uploaded/transcoded on September 3rd. Symptoms include buffering, spinning wheel or dark screen. The root cause has been identified and addressed. For entries created on September 3rd, please work with our Customer Care team; we are anticipating one additional fix that will allow us to re-process these entries. An update will be provided on Monday.

Webcast File Upload – No change since last status update - fix has been completed and is still in QA. An ETA will be provided based on QA results. In the interim, if you need to run a Webcast and require slides during the weekend, please contact Customer Care for alternate options.

Doc Conversion – No change since last status update - fix has been completed and will be moving into QA phase. ETA will be provided on Monday.

Upload Errors & VOD Playback Errors and Thumbnail Images - No change since last status update - due to ongoing optimizations on the platform, occasional errors may occur. We are planning to address these items with resolution by end of the weekend.

Captioning performance - No change since last status update - we are still working with the vendor to find the root cause for the delays. We are actively mitigating the delays as best as possible. Delays are currently contained to less than 10 hours. We expect the queue to reduce over the weekend.
