Upload – No Update – We continue and implement more fixes to improve upload performance. We continue to monitor.
Playback – No Update – Users may experience buffering or slow playback on some entries, most notably on entries that were uploaded close to the time of the attempted playback. We have identified a solution and our teams are working to implement.
Zoom Integration – No Update – Customers using the legacy Zoom Integration and uploading via API, may have experienced errors when trying to upload. A solution was implemented and the majority of previously uploaded entries will be processed by Monday.
Captioning Sync – No Update – We are continuing to address Caption audio/video sync issues and working internally and with our partners to implement a solution. An ETA will be provided next week.
Next update is slated for Monday, September 21st at 10:00AM EST / 2:00PM UTC / 4:00PM CET / 10:00PM SGT.
