API Errors – Update – Yesterday, September 17th between ~8:50 - 9:24 PM UTC we identified and addressed as issue that affected availability of API KMS/KAF and KMC. An RCA will be published. Please contact Customer Care or your Account Representative to receive.

Transcoding – Update – Transcoding is now operational.

Upload – No Update – We continue and implement more fixes to improve upload performance. We continue to monitor.

Playback – In Progress – Users may experience buffering or slow playback on some entries, most notably on entries that were uploaded close to the time of the attempted playback. We have identified a solution and our teams are working to implement.

Zoom Integration – Update – Customers using the legacy Zoom Integration and uploading via API, may have experienced errors when trying to upload. A solution is being implemented. The majority of previously uploaded entries will be processed by Monday.

Captioning Sync – Update – We are continuing to address Caption audio/video sync issues and working internally and with our partners to implement a solution. An ETA will be provided next week.

Next update is slated for Saturday, September 19th at 10:00AM EST / 4:00PM CET / 10:00PM SGT.
