Player Loading – Update – Yesterday, Friday 18th between ~18:45 – 19:24 UTC we identified and resolved an issue affecting player loading. Users may have experienced a black screen or an error message.


Transcoding – No Update – Transcoding is now operational.

Upload – No Update – We continue and implement more fixes to improve upload performance. We continue to monitor.

Playback – No Update – Users may experience buffering or slow playback on some entries, most notably on entries that were uploaded close to the time of the attempted playback. We have identified a solution and our teams are working to implement.

Zoom Integration – No Update – Customers using the legacy Zoom Integration and uploading via API, may have experienced errors when trying to upload. A solution is being implemented. The majority of previously uploaded entries will be processed by Monday.

Captioning Sync – No Update – We are continuing to address Caption audio/video sync issues and working internally and with our partners to implement a solution. An ETA will be provided next week.

Next update is slated for Sunday, September 20th at 10:00AM EST / 2:00PM UTC / 4:00PM CET / 10:00PM SGT.
